04. Zine

Introduction

For our final project we will collectively (both sections) work on a zine. For this each of you will produce a page that will then be used to produce a zine by Sara and I. Think of the zine like a time capsule where you give advice to future sections of the class.

Objectives

  • Gain facility reflecting on your time in class.

Requirements

  • a .pdf, or raster image (.jpg, .png, etc), that is 2.75" by 4.25" (at 300dpi)
  • your name somewhere in the image.
  • Text containing your advice for future sections of the class.
  • only one color

Considerations

  • Use one of your letters, or a letter from the Ramon workshop as a "drop cap"
  • Consider textures or imagery from other workshops.
  • Someone should volunteer to do the cover.
  • It will be risograph printed if that matters for your image selection or any aesthetic decisions.
